We are Safari Eatz a food experience company catering and serving delicious dishes from our food truck in the triangle area. We have 4 main offerings Catering, Food truck, Personal chef service and Meal preps. We offer catering services for both small and large events and of course everything in between. Some examples are birthday, bridal showers, corporate lunches, employee appreciation lunches, formal dinners, soirees, family reunions, church events and weddings. We do drop of catering for pick-up or delivery; we offer both traditional American dishes as well as Authentic Kenyan cuisines. We also offer full-service catering with options for plated or buffet dining experiences. Through-out the week we travel all over the triangle on the Safari Eatz food truck cooking up delicious Kenyan dishes. We have something for all meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. Our dishes are made fresh on the truck and prepared for each guest who visits. Chef Mlamba offers personal chef services to clients with 3 or 4 course options for parties or a romantic evening for 2.
