Foods from Ghana and other African couuntries. We are currently starting with a snack called Nkati Cake. This literally means peanut Cake. It's similar to peanut brittle, but has some nice differences. 1. A lot easier to bite into, has intense nutty flavor due and does not stick to you teeth like regular brittle. In Ghana when this is made the nuts are gently roasted, are then finely chopped, sugar is caramelized. The two are combined mixed together poured onto a flat surface and then cooled. Once it's hardened its broken into small pieces for your enjoyment. We started out with peanut which is the nut that is used in Ghana. We expanded to cashew, pistachio and 3 seed (sesame, sunflower and pumpkin). We aim to bring other African snacks to market in 2023. Look out for our Chin Chin.
